Platform: Shopify Problem: The client required a Shopify template that could be duplicated across multiple supplement brands, each with its own specific needs, particularly legal requirements related to the sale of supplements. The key challenge was to create a scalable, efficient design solution that felt custom and on-brand for each business, without looking like a standard Shopify template. Process: Given the constraints of a smaller design budget, we focused on designing a flexible, modular template that could be easily adapted for different brands. We worked closely with the client to prioritise essential features, ensuring the final solution was simple, future-proof, and cost-effective to implement. Throughout the process, we paid close attention to the unique legal and content requirements of each brand, tailoring the design accordingly. We also focused on maintaining visual differentiation, so that each brand felt distinct, even though they were built on the same underlying structure. Output: The result was a customisable Shopify template that could be efficiently reused across multiple brands without sacrificing individuality. Each site felt unique, visually aligned with its respective brand identity, and compliant with relevant regulations. The flexible design system ensured ease of implementation while still delivering a polished, professional eCommerce experience for each brand.
